At SEABOURNE, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
